Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on October 6 and October 10, 2023 found that Home Health Care Professionals and Hospice had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on August 11, 2023.
